Petition to Restore the Second Amendment in Florida

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states, “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;” and

WHEREAS: Florida’s appellate court ruled a ban on Open Carry is a clear violation of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution;” and

WHEREAS: Florida’s “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation violates the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution.

THEREFORE: I respectfully urge you to REPEAL “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation and keep their hands off Open Carry. Florida should not have the same gun laws as Illinois and Washington, DC. Florida Gun Rights will keep me updated on your actions.

Dear Fellow American,

“Republicans” in Tallahassee failed to repeal “Red Flag” and now want to restrict the recent ruling to legalize Open Carry.

Between “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation and legislators threatening to add anti-gun restrictions on Open Carry, gun owners in Florida are having their Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights violated.

The only way to push Florida “Republicans” into restoring our gun rights is to prove every gun owner across the state is demanding they stop sitting on their hands and actually do something!

So please sign your Florida Gun Rights petition demanding they take action right away. I look forward to delivering your petition.
