Continued inaction by Republicans to repeal gun control has left Florida more closely aligned with anti-gun states like California and New York.

It is more important than ever we go on the offensive and tell lawmakers in Tallahassee we expect a full repeal of ALL Parkland Gun Control.

Repeal Florida’s Gun Control Laws Petition

To my elected officials:

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution clearly states, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed;" and

WHEREAS: “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation has allowed government agents to strip the right to keep and bear arms from over 21,000 Floridians with no due process; and

WHEREAS: Waiting periods on legal gun purchases create a window of time that a violent criminal can attack with no immediate protection for their victims; and

WHEREAS: Bans on legal firearms parts such as Forced Reset Triggers and bans on law-abiding adults purchasing firearms are inconsistent with the Second Amendment; and

WHEREAS: Governor Ron DeSantis has prioritized restoring gun rights, while Republican supermajorities in the legislature have failed to act.

THEREFORE: I urge you to do everything in your power to repeal all gun control currently on the books in Florida. Florida Gun Rights will keep me informed of your actions.
